Gong with character

Hello, my name is Kayla. Though I'm somewhat new to the gong community, I've had the opportunity to play many gongs and listen to many gong stories. People tell me, "You must buy a Paiste gong, they are the best gongs you can buy." I admit, the Paiste gong gives a beautiful and velvety tone, but in my experience, the RealGongs possess character, quarks and surprises as well as dark and smooth tones, giving this gong a depth that can be explored for many years to come.

Shortly after I purchased this Uranus gong, I had the opportunity to visit José and Lola, the makers of RealGong, at their factory. They welcomed me with warmth and shared their process with me which was absolute magic. I am so happy that I bought a RealGong.

**Also to note! I remember reading somewhere that RealGongs are stainless steel, but after visiting the workshop I can definitely tell you that they use Silver Nickel.
