dB Technologies ES602 B-Stock

The core of the ES602 is the DIGIPRO G3, a state-of-the-art Class-D digital amplifier with a peak power of 800W. The whole system is controlled by the integrated DSP, which allows the user to select the preset best suited to the environment. The ES602’s generous 10" bass-reflex subwoofer also houses the amplifier module which powers the satellite speaker. Importantly, the satellite is designed according to the line array principle. Its four 3" Neodymium drivers, for midrange and treble, are vertically aligned and at slight angles from each other, which results in much more efficient sound dispersion. The directivity of 95°x65°, i.e. the "sonic beams" is wide and optimised for good coverage, a feature normally found on high-end systems for large-scale events. dB Technologies has thus made line array technology affordable and available to much smaller venues.
