No a fans of it
Johnson Ho 12.09.2021
Purchased few years ago and use for few years already,

Firstly it is very stable, never make me trouble and it drop off from the stage to the floor once and i realize it's built like a tank! It still work fine

Well but i am not pleased with the sound, it sound plastic.
I own vintage A100, SK2, SK1, XK3c, XK3, XK3c system, Mojo, B3p, Roland VK8, Nord Electro 3 and i am familiar with clones.
I don't like the sound of the Legend, when it use internal leslie it sound too thin, and it sound too muddy when connect to my 3300. (i have to cut lot of lows) Also note that the 11pin output is very low when compare to the Hammond.

Well, the Legend is not very bad and for it price it worth. But it's not the right broad for me

Also want to mentioned that the user panel of the Legend is really very good! I feel home.

m
The only Hammond clone that it makes sense to buy
magnusE 02.09.2019
I'm a Hammond organ techician, and as such I am _extremely_ aware how a real tonewheel Hammond sounds, works and plays. I still prefer bringing a proper tonewheel Hammond to my gigs, but sometimes it isn't possible these days, so I just had to get a clone. Tried all I could find, and the Legend is BY FAR the best buy, in my book. There are a couple of others that can match it sound wise, but none at the same price point. The Viscount Legend is an absolute bargain that delivers great sound and actually responds like a real Hammond.

On the downside: the wood parts chip easily, and the painted metal scratches very easily. If it were powder coated instead of painted it would be perfect - but alas, it's not. Also, the output level from the 11-pin Leslie output is a tad too low and does not quite conform to the Leslie standard.

I have two Hamond organ and a Viscount legend live
Craig Simm0 27.03.2022
As mentioned I already have two Hammond organs and still purchased the Legend Live and I must say it's spot on, The sound is amazing and the rotary effect is stunning, You can hear the small horns spin up fast and the lower drum follow. Amazing sound quality and very well built.
Ordered online and it was posted to the UK without any problems and very fast delivery. I'm very pleased.

P
New organ for me
PALEPALE 12.05.2022
My previous organ was Hammond XK1, and I've used it for the past 10 years. I upgraded to Viscount legend live, and so far I have no complaints. Sounds really good, better than XK1. I'm running it to Leslie 760, but I've tried the onboard leslie sim with my headphones and it sounds very, very good on slow. You can tell it's not a real leslie on fast, but I could see myself using it for gigs where I can't take the real deal.
What bothered me the most before purchasing was the claims (from some people online) that the action is too stiff. I don't find it too stiff, maybe it's not identical to the real hammond, but the action is just fine. And the trigger point is quite high, so you can play very fast.

If I had to choose one thing that I don't like - it's the blue LEDs. They are quite bright, and I think I'll use a permanent marker to dim them a bit. But it's a minor annoyance in otherwise superb keyboard. 5 stars.
