good wires. buy it to change wires on my 10x5,5 catalina.
but.... I left the stock wires on the snare drum, because with them the sound of my snare is more open and more popcorn effect. Maybe you will like this wires better .... it's a matter of taste

It's a decent snare wire, had to get an pair of chords to attach it. Because the straps won't fit on the snare i put it on. And these come without chords. But it's i fine snare wire.

Meine 10" Kirchhoff Sidenare war mir vom "Snareeffekt" her immer ein wenig zu blass. was ist zu tun? Die ganze Sache mal genauer unter die Lupe genommen. Werksseitig war ein 16 spiraliger NoName Teppich angebracht. Durch die üppige Auswahl bei Thomann durchgekämpft und auf den Tama Starclassic Teppich gestossen. 20 spiralig. Das musste es doch bringen. Bestellt, angekommen, ausgepackt und montiert. Und siehe da, nach kurzer Feinjustierung des Teppichs ein wesentlich deutlicherer "Snareeffekt". Es raschelt wunderbar. Eine gute Entscheidung ein paar Euro mehr auszugeben. Eine unglaubliche Verbesserung des Sounds. Sehr empfehlenswert.
