A cajon player's perfect sidekick

I saw this sizzle board live in a blues setting, the cajon player used it to get sort of a snare/washboard sound and I found it fascinating. You can play it with one hand while using the other hand for a basic rhythm on the cajon. I love using it in home recordings or jamming. Very fun to play, all that time spent taping the fingers on my desk to the rhythm of music finally pays off.

However, in live settings, I feel like you would need to have a mic set up specially for it. You could potentially use a mic for both shaker and sizzle board, with some adjustments.

percussion d'appoint très sympathique. Elle permet une alternance avec les frappe d'aigus du cajon. Pour donner une idée du son si on la renverse d'un coté ou l'autre on se rapproche du bâton de pluie et en frappé s'est un son très intéressant.

eine Menge "kleinere", eher Noise-artige Sounds

Vorweg: Ich bin kein Percussionist und benutze das Instrument hauptsächlich um Loops und vereinzelte Sounds in elektronische Musik einzubauen.
Mit diesem Ding kann ich eine Menge an "kleineren", eher Noise-artigen Sounds erzeugen und es macht immer wieder Spass damit zu spielen. Der Sound ist grundsätzlich sehr angenehm. Dabei kann man wirlklich verschieden-artige Sounds damit erzeugen: eine Art Shaker, eine Art Hihat, eine Art dünne Snare, eine Art Rim wenn man einen Beater dazunimmt, einen hohlen Drum-Sound (wenn man den Inhalt ganz unten lässt und nur oben drauf schlägt), eine Art Noise-Floor, wildes Gerassel.
Wer auf der Suche nach einem super Shaker ist sollte sich aber besser einen reinen Shaker besorgen, die können das dann doch besser.
Als Cajon Add On hab ich es bisher eigentlich nicht benutzt.

sympa sur le coté du cajon.
l'objet est réfléchi et efficace, on arrive à avoir un "son de sable" propre qui ça suscite la curiosité du public.

Je l'ai depuis 1 mois, je m'en sers sur quelques tracks à chaque concert.

C'est ce à quoi je m'attendais: un peu cher, mais on paye l'originalité!
