I have been using pedal boards for a long time. I've mostly used the case ones but after gigging a lot these boxes became dented and damaged along with being messy.

With this Palmer board I can hook up and my pedals but also keep it nice and tidy by doing all the wiring underneath.

The board is also comes with an extremely impessive gig bag which is high in quality and well padded to product your goods.

Also featured is a generous amount of velcro which means you can dive right in to getting your board set up.

The set also includes an allen key which allows you to adjust the crossbars.

The only issue I had was my power supply unit was a little small for underneath and kept moving but with a little adjustment of the crossbars and some cardboard it all worked out just fine. I can't wait to take this on the road.

This boards rivals any other and is highly durable. I would really recommended trying this before splashing out on something that does the same job.

M
Velcro not great and wrong side of velcro on the board.
Marcel5392 19.09.2019
Nice pedalboard for the money, it is better to buy this than build one yourself. The bag is nice, but a hardcase would have been better. The only bad thing is the velcro. The glue is not very strong. You need to clean the surface of the pedal with a degreaser like isopropyl alcohol. especially large heavy pedals like whammy or wah may become detached and damage the paint of other pedals during transport.

The soft side of the velcro is on the board, so that means that it is harder to clean with a vacuum cleaner when dusty or dirty. That also means that you have to apply the hard and sharp side on your pedals. So you will scratch your skin while applying the velcro. You can also use a blunt metal object to press velcro on the pedal but then the velcro gets damaged. Not smart design. Soft side of velcro on the pedal would be much better.

A cost-effective alternative...that feels like one
Anonymous 13.02.2017
I ordered this and a Palmer power supply with high-hopes. I thought it felt a little cheap when it arrived...but hey, that's what it is, right? All-in-all, I was satisfied with this, but when I was disappointed with the power supply, I started to sour on the pedalboard as well. My only real substantive complaint is that after very little use the hook-and-loop has started to fray, which concerns me long-term. I then decided to order a more expensive item, we'll call it PT, to see if I liked it better. Well, I do...it's a little sturdier, a little bigger, and a lot more expensive. The Palmer is fine as a place to organize your pedals, and it's a great bargain. It's also most likely sturdy enough, although the lack of a center brace means that it has a little more give in the middle than you might expect. I wouldn't recommend against this pedalboard. But ultimately it just didn't do it for me.

it's a really good pedal board . been using one for 4 years now, and it's really good. also good little spot underneath the board for a powersupply.
the only neg point is that the bag is not that durable.

MR
Good Pedalboard although heavy
Miguel Russo 30.09.2019
This pedalboard is sturdy, can hold a lot of pedals, and the included velcro tapes hold their own.

The ONLY con I find is the weight. 4.8kg alone WITHOUT pedals, is a little less than practical which is way I don't rate it 5 stars on usability.

Great purchase
ec29 20.09.2018
Decided to finally put together a proper pedalboard and went with this one, and it didn't disappoint me.
Fits a decent amount of pedals, allows some adjustment, everything's nicely attached with the included velcro straps, and it's well built.
The only thing I didn't quite like is the power supply fitting is pretty awkward. I guess some PSU just don't fit without some improvising because there's no extra room left for either the power cord or the individual outputs. But it ended up working fine.
All in all a quality purchase which has done me good so far.

p
well worth the money
pippy 30.06.2017
was shopping for a first pedal board and wanted something that i could grow into. to say the least this is a big pedals board. for the price you get a pedal board that is quite a strong, power supply holder on the underside of the board and enough velcro to hold a good few pedals. also while i remember that the board comes with a bag and its great to get a board at this price and size with a gig bag.

Versatile product
John6792 06.01.2015
It's a very practical and sturdy pedal board with lots of adjustment to cover most on stage needs. Some of the crews for adjustment are a bit of a struggle and could be better quality or better fitting or both.
Great service from Thomann as usual and a product you just will not see in UK.
