Good value pad

You get what you pay for. Surprisingly solid construction and the feel is ok. Bought this without being sure how much time I'll put on it so didn't want to invest into name brand product. I had couple of issues with this pad:
1. My pedal has rather wide base to insert the bass drum (Trick Dominator) so in the double pedal configuration I had trouble fitting the slave-side beater to the pad and it was hitting right on the edge. Solved this issue by simply buying another one of the same pad and running the pedal as two singles. With this price this isn't that big of a deal especially considering how much easier it is to setup. Something to think about if you don't have a double pedal that can be ran as two singles and has wide base.

2. The only real quality issue I had was that the rubber surfaces, where your beater hits, were already coming of even before first use on both of the pads i got (ordered at separate times) and other one fell of completely when I moved the pedal after first longer practice. I personally find this acceptable at this price range and the issue is probably solved with glue.

Overall the bang for buck you get out of this pad is good.

Indestructible

I bought this a few years ago, and for the money it was a perfect purchase. I only use it at home with a double foot machine, so I did not transport it a lot.
The quality of the material seems to be super solid, I did not find any issues with the material in these years. The finish is also OK, there are no sharp edges what so ever.
Assembling it is quite easy, does not require much skill.
Pros:
- price: it was one of the cheapest, yet its good quality
- solid build, but also quite heavy. This might be a factor if you take it to gigs/tour
- the impact of the kick feels decent. Not too bouncy, not too static, not too loud either.
- looks OK
Cons:
- The impact feel could be enhanced and more like the real drum heads
- Heavy
- its not a fancy brand :)

All in all I would buy this again, I think the more expensive and more high profile brands are not really offering more. For the price its perfect!

V
Works OK
Vorath 07.06.2021
The rubber pad surface came off as soon as i took it out of the box, i peeled away the old (now useless) adhesive and used some super glue and tape to fix it in place. Who knows how long that will last.

The pad does not come with assembly instructions so, while it is not complicated, you might make a few mistakes along the way.

The front lip (where you attach the pedal) can be adjusted somewhat and the pad has two screws on the back to help fix it in place. In my unit one of these is very hard to turn.

Overall it works fine even with a double pedal and it remains stable on a rug. I have no idea how long the pad will last, or the screws.

This is my first ever pedal practice pad so i have no means of comparison, but i am overall happy with the purchase

Bass drum practice @home
mshggh 12.10.2017
It's a nice and usefull practice pad to train at home. It's not a bass drum so the feeling is not the same. It has more rebound than a normal bassdrum but overall it does the job very well.
It's half the price of the competition and i bet it is almost the same.
It's quiet enough not to bother your neighbours but i wouldn't risk it playing at 02:00 AM.

Once again, thanks thomann!
