Awesome snare EFX transformer!
Anonymous 20.03.2017
Ever wanted to try out that tiny side snare? This turned my 10" tom into a great sounding fire cracker side snare, and also works great with bigger toms, up to 14". With larger ones, I find that the snare sound disappears a little..
I totally digged how I was able to experiment and easily attatch and reattach this device. Add some jingles and you have a party!

Excellent solution when you don't have a real snare
norespite 25.12.2020
For my inexpensive drumset that didn't come with a snare, this device saved me from spending more money on a dedicated snare. I use it on one of the bigger toms and the sound is quite nice to my ears. It can be inconvenient at times since it reaches out across the head about a third of the way, but as long as you play accurately, it's not a problem.

Minimal snare buzz.
Chris2869 17.02.2016
I tried this on my snare first and it gave me extra sizzle for when i need it.Saves buying two snares. No snare buzz at all when i hit other drums. Then i tried it on my timbales.Very minimal buzz when i hit other drums. This can be eliminated by putting a small piece of cloth between snare and drum surface.Brilliant idea+fast use when on stage.
