Very nice sound and stabile in tuning

Strings very fast brake in. They are on the warm side and give you one interesting sound by vibrato. Of course that dipends of character of your instrument. Compare with Dominants: I prefer better Tzigane. First I like sound better, they didn't lose sound after lots of months and they are incredibly stabile in tuning. E string like by Dominants I change with Pirastro Evah Gold - no more whistling ;).

Vor kurzem wurde ich auf diese Saiten aufmerksam gemacht, da ich einen Satz mit sehr guter Ansprache aber geringer Saitenspannung suchte.
Für meine hochwertige 150-jährige Französin genau der passende Satz.
Aus Neugier habe ich mir jetzt auch mal den Virtuoso-Satz bestellt (review dann dort).
Bin gespannt wie der Unterschied ausfällt. Ich finde aber eigentlich dass die Tzigane perfekt sind.
Großer, warmer Ton mit starkem Strahl auf G, D, A.
Als E-Saite verwende ich aus Gewhnheit eine Pirastro Wondertone Solo silvery steel. Daher kann ich nichts zur die Tzigane-E sagen.

Ces cordes sont excellentes pour jouer des morceaux romantiques ou bien du classique/baroque avec une interprétation plus "moderne". On arrive à adoucir le son du violon sans pour autant avoir une perte de puissance sonore.
Le son est rond et chaleureux, on peut jouer en vitesse sans problème, toutes les notes sonnent parfaitement.
J'utilise ces cordes pour du classique, mais je n'aurais aucun problème à faire du traditionnel ou du jazz avec.
Un bon rapport qualité/prix.
