Not bad for the price.
Bought to house a 1 unit power amp plus Digitech GSP1101 processor, for backup live.
I admit to being perhaps a little disappointed when this arrived. It's very plasticky, cheap-feeling and not especially light. The handles are stiff and awkward to use and the butterfly catches are a little flimsy, too.
However, on the plus side, it was cheap and is only really intended for occasional use, so it's fit for that purpose.
I wouldn't recommend it for heavy use, nor for housing anything particularly valuable or weighty.
