How does the Money Back Guarantee work?
For all our products (excluding custom made products (eg. cases), perishable products (eg. strings, drum sticks, cymbals), items which come into bodily contact (reeds, mouth harmonicas, ear pieces etc, and opened software), we offer you our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee - no ifs, no buts !
If you are not completely satisfied with the products or services you have received from Thomann, please don´t hesitate to use the money back guarantee. We would rather get back the equipment than see any customer regretting his/her purchase from Thomann.
Please send the equipment, in mint condition, back to us with the original box wrapped in cardboard or paper and fill out the yellow return form included in every Thomann parcel. (If you don´t have this form, please send us a short letter explaining what you are sending back, the reasons for the this return and how you would like to proceed. Please don´t forget to tell us your customer number and phone number!)
We can either give you a credit on your Thomann customer account or refund the money to your credit card/PayPal account or we can send you a replacement or alternative item.
The credit will be for the original invoice value in Euros (unless agreed otherwise).
Unfortunately we don´t get the shipping costs back, so we can´t refund them to you.
By the way... if you have credit on your Thomann account, it does not expire and is valid forever!
