Beautiful instrument worth the price

The instrument required a professional set up on arrival. The heels of the the two neck are about a millimetre in difference, making, with minor adjustments, it possible to switch the bass to the bottom and guitar to the top. For my preference it makes the instrument far more comfortable.

I am surprised Danelectro didn’t consider making the necks interchangeable.

The bass has great tone and playability - 2 octaves. The guitar is comfortable to play but less exciting, but I play it through a bass amp.

Most important of all, it weighs less than 10lbs.

Buono strumento, costruito bene nel suo stile. Ottimi i manici e le tastiere. Elettronica moderna, potente ed efficace, un po' 'rindondante' il basso, ci sta bene una sordina. Io lo uso per vari generi, il basso si presta bene ai suoni stoppati, è a scala lunga, quindi è facile confondersi geometricamente con le due tastiere, ma ci si abitua. La chitarra la uso solo per ritmica e mi piace molto, ha bassi potenti, forse troppo e alti funkeggianti, tastiera dolcissima, molto caldo il suono in generale.
Per contro avrei preferito la presenza di due uscite distinte, invece è necessario avere un processore di segnale per inviare il suono ad un amplificatore o all'altro, e quindi mi incasino un po' col pedale e con lo switch sullo strumento. Tutto sommato, per chi desiderasse uno strumento doubleneck versatile, senza spendere una fortuna, non facilissimo, e andando sul sicuro sulla qualità costruttiva e dal suono intrigante, questo non delude.

Je possède une Rickenbacker double manche(eh oui!) et une Epiphone faite par un luthier. Elles pèsent une tonne. Celle-ci pèse un peu plus qu'une Gibson Les Paul. Pour le rapport qualité-prix elle mérite 6 étoiles. Les manches sont droit comme un laser. Je la trouve pus agréable à jouer que la Rick. Les micros un peu spéciaux mais avec un pédalboard on trouve le son qu'on veut. Faut quand même la régler soi-même. Mes manches étaient mal alignés. Facile à corriger. Détendre les cordes, dévisser un peu les manches, déplacer, revisser. 10minutes. Les chevalets sont pas terribles. Des remplacements existent sur internet. Comme le corps est creux, vous pouvez vous entrainer sans ampli! Elle est déjà un collector.
