I own an audio-technica atm350 and use it for my violin and i wanted to buy a phantom power adapter because i lost mine. Bought the Audix APS-910 and i'm really happy with my purchase. It's smaller than the atm350 phantom adapter and feels lighter. The quality is quite good. I recorded already 2-3 times and can't wait to try it on stage. I recommend it.

If you have a lapel microphone, headset or similar which has the (mini) xlr type connection, this little doofa will convert it to standard XLR fitting. You will still need phantom power from somewhere, but most mixing desks will take care of that for you.
