Tone was decent, but the tuning range was hugely limited. I didn't get to pick the tension, I had to tune to the head.
The coating is cheap and chips instantly, ruining the look.
I used Aquarian's black Jack deJohnette head before and had a great experience so this was a real let down.

Viele Leute fragen mich, nachdem sie meine Videos gesehen haben, mit welchen Fellen ich diesen Super Sound hinbekomme. Ich habe fast mein ganzes Leben mit Remofellen gespielt und wollte nun Aquarian ausprobieren und ich möchte nicht mehr zurück, weil der Sound groß und tief ist und sogar ohne Mikrofon verliert sich der Sound nicht. Mein Eindruck diese Felle in der Hand zu haben, ist sehr stabil und stark, ohne Fehler und sehr hochwertig. Einfach ein empfehlenswertes Produkt.
